Following the recent launch of the ‘new’ Powerball, the Tennessee Lottery keeps it coming with two more innovative features sure to keep players happy.
Just imagine scratching a ticket and learning you had won a whopping $3 million. Tennessee Lottery players will have that chance starting tomorrow with the launch of “$3,000,000 Mega Cash,” an instant game with the biggest top prize in Tennessee Lottery history.
And Tuesday is also the Lottery’s launch date for “VIP Rewards™,” an exciting new player rewards program that allows Lottery players to earn points they can then redeem for a wide range of merchandise in the “VIP Store.”
“We are thrilled to introduce both $3,000,000 Mega Cash and VIP Rewards™ to our players,” said Rebecca Hargrove, President and CEO of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation. “These exciting additions to our line-up are sure to be a hit and add to the important dollars we raise for Tennessee education programs.”
Not only does $3,000,000 Mega Cash include the $3 million top prize level, but there are a total of 10 prizes from $1 million to $3 million and over 500,000 prizes from $50 to $20,000.
Meanwhile, VIP Rewards™ will give Lottery players the opportunity to earn VIP Rewards™ Points by entering eligible non-winning instant tickets at the Lottery’s VIP Players Suite website. Players then use their VIP Rewards™ Points to shop in the VIP Store, which features an extensive catalogue of great merchandise such as cameras, TVs, digital downloads, sporting equipment, popular electronics and much more. In addition to earning points, when a player enters an eligible non-winning ticket entry into the site, it is also entered into a drawing for cash.
“We work to keep the Tennessee Lottery innovative and fun for our many thousands of players,” added Hargrove. “In so doing, we maximize our proceeds and further our mission to provide funding to assist Tennessee students and their families.”
