A POWERBALL ticket purchased in Memphis is worth a whopping $2 million after Saturday night’s drawing thanks to the player’s use of the Power Play option, which increased the prize from $1 million to $2 million. For an extra $1, a player can purchase the Power Play option to increase any non-jackpot winnings. No additional information is available until the prize is claimed.

In other weekend news the MEGA MILLIONS jackpot of $32 million was won in New York.
