NASHVILLE - The Tennessee Lottery created its second winner of $1 million or more in just over a week thanks to Saturday night's POWERBALL drawing. The lucky ticket, which matched all five white balls, is worth $1 million and was purchased by a player in Knoxville. This is the 96th Tennessee Lottery prize of $1 million or more since the Lottery’s inception. No additional information is available until the player redeems the prize.
