Congrats to David and Rita!

When David Cutter of Paris, TN, checked his numbers and found out he won the $480,000 TENNESSEE CASH jackpot drawn on Sept. 11, he says he started screaming, the dog started barking and his girlfriend Rita became hysterical! Who can blame them? Congrats to David, who purchased the ticket in Paris at Daily’s, 2504 East Wood St.
