The Board of Directors of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation will meet in open, public, regular meeting in the 7th Floor conference room of the Lottery's main office at 200 Athens Way, Nashville, Tennessee at 10:30 a.m., Central Time, on February 23, 2004. The meeting will allow participation by telephonic communication. The Minority Participation Committee will meet Sunday, February 22 at 4:30 p.m. The Human Resources and Audit Committees will meet Monday, February 23 at 9:15 a.m.
