It’s another millionaire in Tennessee! For the fourth time in less than two weeks, a lucky Tennessee Lottery player has become a millionaire. The latest winner is a player who purchased a Tennessee Cash ticket in Jasper that matched all six numbers drawn Wednesday night to win $1,093,632. The previously won prizes were:
A $50 million Powerball jackpot won in Harriman on March 21, 2015. (Prize has not been claimed.)
A $2 million Powerball prize won by a couple from Hohenwald on March 21, 2015.
A $2 million Powerball prize won by a player in Nashville on March 25, 2015. (Prize has not been claimed.)
The Tennessee Cash winning ticket is the 163rd sold worth $1 million or more since the Lottery’s inception on Jan. 20, 2004. No information is available about the winner until the prize is claimed.
Tennessee Cash drawings are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a minimum jackpot of $200,000. Players select any five numbers from 1 to 35 and one CASH BALL number from 1 to 5, or they can choose Quick Pick and let the computer randomly pick any or all of the numbers. Tickets are $1 per play.
