NASHVILLE - A Lotto 5 ticket sold in Dickson contained all five numbers in Friday’s drawing, yielding a jackpot win of $361,851. In addition to the jackpot win, Friday’s drawing produced another 2,319 winners throughout the state, including 81 players who won $167 each and 2,238 players who won $9 each.

Tennessee’s Powerball game on Saturday produced 23,952 winners who purchased tickets from retailers in the state. By selecting the Power Play option, 5,067 players multiplied their winnings by two. There was one winner in the state of Indiana for the 19.9 million grand prize.

The Lotto 5 jackpot for the next drawing on Monday, March 7 is estimated at $40,000. Lotto 5 Drawings are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 10:34 p.m. CST and can be seen on the Lottery’s television network partners throughout the state.

The Powerball jackpot for the next drawing on Wednesday, March 9 is estimated at $10 million. Powerball drawings are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m. CST (10:59 p.m. EST). The Tennessee Lottery began selling its first instant tickets on January 20, 2004. Proceeds as of December 31, 2004 have resulted in transfers to the Lottery for Education Account of $231.2 million, in addition to more than $2 million for after-school programs. All Lottery profits will go to pay for specific education programs in Tennessee, which initially include HOPE Scholarships.
