The current jackpot is the 10th largest in the history of the Powerball game.

NASHVILLE - The estimated $180 MILLION Powerball jackpot for tonight’s drawing is the third highest since Tennessee joined the multi-state game in April 2004. Since then, the jackpot has surpassed $180 Million only twice, when it climbed to $212 Million on May 8, 2004 and $215 Million October 9, 2004.
