FRANKLIN PLAYER WINS $175,621 JACKPOT; Chattanooga Player Wins $100K Powerball Jackpot

NASHVILE - Wednesday night’s Lottery drawings will mean big winnings for players in Franklin and Chattanooga. One player who purchased a Lotto 5 ticket in Franklin matched all five numbers correctly to win the jackpot of $175,621, while another player in Chattanooga matched five numbers correctly in Powerball to win $100,000. No additional information about the players is available until they claim their prizes.

In addition to the top tier prize wins, the Lotto 5 drawing produced 44 players who won $144 each and 1,523 who won $8 each. The Powerball drawing produced another 28,359 winners, which includes 5,588 who quintupled their winnings by using the Power Play option.

Lotto 5 drawings are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 10:34 p.m. CST (11:34 p.m. EST); Powerball drawings are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m. CST (10:59 p.m. EST). Drawings are held every night at 6:28 p.m. CST (7:28 p.m. EST) for the Tennessee Lottery’s other two online games, CASH 3 and CASH 4.
