Husband and wife are thrilled with their $1 million win!

It’s not surprising Ronald Dorris was a bit shaky when he arrived at Tennessee Lottery headquarters Monday. That’s because the “Ultimate Millions” instant ticket he brought with him was worth $1 million. “I’m still in shock,” said the Whites Creek resident. “This going to give me some real relief.”

Mr. Dorris, accompanied by his wife, purchased the ticket at Twice Daily’s in Whites Creek on Friday. After playing and learning he won, he kept the ticket in a safe over the weekend until he came in to claim the prize. Mr. Dorris says he plans to pay bills and help family.

This is the 183rd ticket sold worth $1 million or more since the Lottery began 12 years ago.
