For the seventh drawing in a row—and the 11th time in just five weeks—a Tennessee Lottery Powerball player matched four white ball numbers plus the Powerball. Last night’s $100,000 winner purchased the lucky ticket in Memphis.
This number combination has a base prize of $50,000, but since the Memphis player added the “Power Play” multiplier option, the prize is $100,000 because the multiplier drawn was two.
Also lucky last night was a Lotto America player in Dickson who won $40,000 by matching five numbers drawn. The jackpot for the new Lotto America game grew to $16.72 million, while Powerball hit the $300 million mark for Saturday.
No information is available about the winners until the prizes are claimed.
