NASHVILLE - To the delight of players throughout the state, the jackpots for Powerball and Lotto 5 continue to climb for this weekend’s drawings. The Powerball jackpot is at an estimated $100 million and the Lotto 5 jackpot has soared to an estimated $650,000!

A winning $200,000 ticket for last night’s Powerball draw was purchased in Nashville. In addition, there were 34,932 winners who purchased tickets from retailers in Tennessee. By selecting the Power Play option, 9,019 players multiplied their winnings by three.

The Lotto 5 jackpot hits $650,000 for the next drawing on Friday, May 12. Wednesday night’s drawing produced 2,887 winners, including 93 players who each won $160 and 2,794 players who each won $8.

Lotto 5 drawings are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 10:34 p.m. CST (11:34 p.m. EST); Powerball drawings are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m. CST (10:59 p.m. EST). Drawings are held every night at 6:28 p.m. CST (7:28 p.m. EST) and at midday at 12:28 p.m. CST (1:28 p.m. EST) Monday through Saturday for the Tennessee Lottery’s other two online games, CASH 3 and CASH 4.
