NASHVILLE - One lucky player who purchased a Lotto 5 ticket in Ardmore in Giles County wins the $40,000 jackpot from Wednesday night’s drawing. No additional information is available until the player claims the prize. The jackpot for Friday’s Lotto 5 drawing is $40,000.

The Powerball jackpot continues to grow as an estimated $155 million rolls for the next drawing on Saturday, July 29. Although no player matched all six numbers correctly in Wednesday night’s drawing, there were 42,339 winners who purchased tickets from retailers in the state of Tennessee. By selecting the Power Play option, 9,724 players multiplied their winnings by four.
