NASHVILLE - Virginia Rice collected the winnings for herself and her 21 Owens Corning co-workers who will share a $200,000 Powerball prize. The winning ticket was purchased at the Hollywood Phillips 66 in Jackson and was one of three winning $200,000 Powerball tickets won in Tennessee on October 21.
