Savannah resident Tommy Stackins was washing his car when a certified letter from the Tennessee Lottery arrived at his door. “I couldn’t believe it!” he says.
After reading letter, Tommy, a Public Works supervisor in nearby Adamsville, learned he was the third winner of an all-expenses paid trip to Hollywood. The fun is all part of the “Deal or No Deal” second-chance drawings, where four Tennessee Lottery players will fly to California to compete in a round of “Deal or No Deal” to qualify to play the game with Howie, the Banker and the popular 26 models. If a Tennessee player makes it through the elimination round and on to the show, there’s even a chance to win $1 million. However, no one goes home empty handed—even the elimination round offers prizes from $5,000 to $25,000. The “Deal or No Deal” instant ticket game also includes a second-chance drawing from non-winning entries for a prize of $1 million. This Grand Prize Drawing will include finalists from all other participating lotteries and will be held on Sept. 17, 2008.
Tommy won’t say who will be headed to Hollywood with him, only that he will keep playing instant ticket games. Congratulations and good luck to Tommy!
