NASHVILLE - A player in Smithville won $200,000 in Saturday night’s Powerball drawing. In addition, there were over 54,000 winners who purchased tickets from retailers in the state of Tennessee, including 11,878 players who doubled their winnings with Power Play. No additional information is available until the winner claims the prize. (Please note, all Tennessee Lottery offices will be closed Monday, January 15 and will reopen Tuesday, January 16).
The Powerball jackpot for the next drawing on Wednesday, January 17, is estimated at $180 million.
In other news, the Lotto 5 jackpot reaches $210,000 for the next drawing on Monday, January 15. Friday night’s drawing produced 1,794 winners, including 68 players who each won $156 and 1,726 players who each won $10.
