Less than 21 hours until 4 players win $1 million each

NASHVILLE — The last Million $ Madness ticket was sold at approximately 9:32 p.m. CT tonight, with less than 21 hours left until the Tennessee Lottery announces four winning ticket numbers worth $1 million each.
"I can't wait to meet our newest millionaires," said Rebecca Paul Hargrove, President and CEO of the Tennessee Lottery. "The success of this game is a real win for education and the programs we fund."
The drawing for Million $ Madness, a raffle-style game with 800,000 tickets, will be conducted Monday afternoon. The four $1 million winning ticket numbers will be announced on Lottery partner stations at 6:28 p.m. CT/7:28 p.m. ET that same day. A complete list of winning numbers will be available following the announcement at and at Lottery retail locations, where a ticket can be printed that lists all winning numbers.
In addition to four prizes of $1 million each, the Lottery will award two prizes of $50,000 each and 100 prizes of $500 each. And, as an added bonus, each retailer who sells a $1 million Million $ Madness ticket will receive $5,000.
To date, the Lottery has awarded $1 million or more to 12 Tennessee players, six who won from playing an instant ticket game and another six who won from Powerball, including a jackpot winner of $25.5 million and a Power Play 10X winner of $2 million.
The Tennessee Lottery began selling its first tickets on January 20, 2004. As of March 31, 2007, the Lottery has raised over $842 million to fund specific education programs, including college scholarships, pre-kindergarten and after-school programs.
