NASHVILLE - A player who purchased a Powerball ticket in Talbott will be $600,000 richer once the prize is claimed. Last night's Powerball draw produced a total of 27,025 winners and a $43 million jackpot for the upcoming drawing on Wednesday.

In other weekend news, the Lotto 5 jackpot continues to rise, now estimated at $400,000 for Monday night, and anticipation continues to build for tomorrow's Million $ Madness drawing. Ninety-four percent of a limited quantity of tickets had been sold as of Saturday night as the Tennessee Lottery prepares to create four new millionaires.

Lotto 5 drawings are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 10:34 p.m. CT (11:34 p.m. ET); Powerball drawings are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m. CT (10:59 p.m. ET). Drawings are held every night at 6:28 p.m. CT (7:28 p.m. ET) and at midday at 12:28 p.m. CT (1:28 p.m. ET) Monday through Saturday for the Tennessee Lottery’s other two online games, CASH 3 and CASH 4.
