NASHVILLE - Retired Grainger County resident Herbert Keeser is the lucky winner of the $605,876 jackpot from the July 6 Lotto 5 drawing. Keeser purchased his winning ticket at Kip’s Hamburgers in Bean Station. “They make great burgers and they do a great job selling Lottery tickets,” Keeser said. Keeser enjoys purchasing Lottery tickets on occasion. “When I buy a ticket I really feel like I’m contributing to some young person’s education,” he said. “The Lottery’s doing a good thing here.” Congratulations to the Keeser family!
