NASHVILLE - "You could have knocked me over with a feather!” That’s what Joanne Knox of Kingston said when told she would be headed to Hollywood compliments of the Tennessee Lottery. “I’m taking my daughter and we will have a great time!”
Joanne, a nurse, is one of the two winners from the Lottery’s Jan. 13 “Deal or No Deal” second-chance drawing. She will receive a “Hollywood Experience” trip and a chance to play “Deal or No Deal” with Howie Mandel. The “Experience” includes roundtrip airfare to Hollywood for the winners and one guest each, five days/four nights luxury hotel accommodations, $5,000, and a chance to play a non-broadcast version of the daily “Deal or No Deal” show with Howie Mandel. There will be one more trip given away in the next second-chance drawing on Feb. 24, and there will be a Bonus Drawing held on Aug. 28 for $100,000 and a chance to be a finalist for the opportunity to win up to $2.5 million.
