POWERBALL, LOTTO 5 JACKPOTS ROLL TO NEXT DRAW
The Tennessee Lottery's Powerball drawing on Wednesday produced 27,696 winners who purchased tickets in Tennessee; 5,513 of those players quintupled their winnings by using the Power Play option. Wednesday’s Lotto 5 drawing produced 883 winners; 31 of whom won $218 each, 852 of whom won $13 each. Since there were no jackpot winners in either drawing, both jackpots roll until the next drawing.

POWER PLAY YIELDS 2ND LARGEST POWERBALL WINNER
A couple from West Memphis, Arkansas, have joined the ranks of Tennessee’s Lottery elite after Power Play quadrupled their $100,000 Powerball win to $400,000 – making them one of the Top 10 winners in the Lottery’s 10-month history. LOTTERY JOINS STATE’S EFFORTS TO FIND MISSING CHILD
The Tennessee Lottery joined forces with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation as part of this morning’s Amber Alert to help locate 10-year-old Hunter Craig of Collierville. Today’s Amber Alert is the first issued since the Lottery finalized plans in August to partner with local law enforcement and TBI to be part of the Tennessee Amber Alert Network. Through this network, nearly 4,400 Lottery retailers statewide will play a role in the state’s efforts to help find missing or abducted children.

John purchased his winning ticket at Sudden Service at 1001 Memorial Blvd. in Springfield, a retailer he visits often. “I go there almost every day on my way to or from work, and I’ve been lucky there more than once.” John said he’s won on instant tickets and Cash 3 in the past, “but never anything like this!”
