With its commitment to responsible gaming practices, the Tennessee Education Lottery has been recognized for and awarded a “Level 3 Certification” by the World Lottery Association (WLA) as part of its Responsible Gaming Framework.

According to the organization, “this level signifies that the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation has established the relevant resources needed as well as developed a plan, timeline and the budget necessary to implement the specific Responsible Gaming elements. The Lottery is one of only seven (7) U.S. lotteries to have attained Level 3 Certification.
