If you submit a bid or proposal, be sure to comply with the deadlines and the requirements in the procurement document. If you are submitting a bid or proposal for goods, be sure to follow the requirements for providing a sample item. Also, you should be aware that we often require the successful bidder to obtain our approval of the sample artwork and a pre-production proof of the item (complete with artwork).
