Policies and Procedures

These policies provide the road map for issuing, evaluating, and awarding the procurement. There is also a policy for resolving a dispute, in the infrequent chance that one arises from a procurement opportunity. We ask that you familiarize yourself with these policies.

Most of our procurement opportunities fall into the category of “non-major.” A non-major procurement simply means that the good or service being procured is common to the ordinary operations of a company.
